We first built for Asbestos Contracting Limited some time ago, and the business has not stood still since. ACL now works out of Poole with further offices along the South Coast, handling surveys, testing, removal, encapsulation and disposal for commercial clients, public bodies and homeowners. A site built for the earlier version of the company was no longer doing it justice.
The brief for the rebuild was not cosmetic. Over the years the site had accumulated a large number of overlapping pages, several near identical services and locations sitting at different depths in the structure, all quietly competing with each other in search. Sorting that out was the substance of the project. Every page now has one job, one audience and one obvious next step.
Asbestos is one of the most tightly regulated trades in construction, and buyers behave accordingly. Nobody chooses this kind of contractor on the strength of a photograph. They are checking licences, methods and whether the company looks like it will produce the right paperwork. The rebuilt site leads with that, presenting the licensed, surveyed, documented side of the work rather than burying it.
The result is a faster, cleaner site on modern foundations, with a structure that can take new services and new locations without collapsing back into duplication. It is hosted and maintained by our team in Poole, and ACL can grow into it rather than out of it.
