Fox Wardrobes CRM

Fox Wardrobes run the whole business through a single custom system, replacing scattered spreadsheets, paper cut lists and personal inboxes with one place where nothing gets lost.

Case study

Fox Wardrobes CRM.

One bespoke CRM running every job from first enquiry to final fitting.

A fitted wardrobe is not a quick sale. Between the first enquiry and the final door going on, there is a survey to book, a quote to build, a deposit to take, a contract to sign, instalments to collect, parts to cut, a fitter to send and an aftercare call to make. Fox Wardrobes were running all of it across spreadsheets, paper cut lists and whichever member of staff happened to have the email in their inbox. It worked, in the sense that the wardrobes got fitted, but the true state of any given job lived in several places at once and never quite added up.

We built them one system instead, shaped around the journey of a single customer rather than around departments. Every job has a unified customer page carrying the survey, the quote, the contract, the payments, the parts and the install date together in one view, which means anyone in the office can pick up any job in seconds without ringing round to find out where it got to. Handovers stopped being an event.

The money side is where a job like this usually leaks. Quotes now carry deposits and instalment plans, contracts are signed online with photographs and questionnaires attached to them, and card payments run through Stripe. Payment reminders chase themselves on a schedule rather than depending on somebody remembering, and the templated stage emails go out to customers automatically, so people are kept informed without anyone adding it to a to-do list.

The part that changed the working day most is that the factory and the fitters are in the same system, live, on their phones. Manufacturing lists reach the floor directly and staff tick off doors and parts as they cut them, so the office can see what is made, what is on order and what is still outstanding without walking out to ask. Installs are scheduled on a shared calendar with a map, which makes routing a week of fittings a far shorter conversation.

What Fox Wardrobes have now is a single source of truth for the business. Nothing gets lost between the spreadsheet and the inbox, because there is no longer a spreadsheet or an inbox to lose it in, and the owner can see the real state of every job, every payment and every install date at a glance rather than assembling it by hand. That is what a custom system is for: not replacing software they liked, but replacing the gaps between the things they were using.

It is a custom Laravel application, chosen because the job needed real permissions, scheduled work and a properly modelled database rather than a stack of plugins hoping to agree with each other. It is hosted and supported by our team, and the code and the data belong to Fox Wardrobes.

Fox Wardrobes Custom CRM

One system shaped around the journey of a single customer, so a job moves from enquiry to aftercare without ever leaving the software or being retyped into something else.

Fox Wardrobes Quoting and Payments

Quotes carry deposits and instalment plans, contracts are signed online with photos and questionnaires attached, and card payments run through Stripe with reminders that chase themselves.

Fox Wardrobes Factory and Fitting

The factory ticks off doors and parts on their phones as they cut them, and installs are booked on a shared calendar with a map, so the office always knows what is made and who is where.

Premier Sports Solutions Order Portal

A prestige car dealership needed order paperwork signed and paid without the endless chasing. The portal we built does the chasing itself, and keeps the record.

F40 Parts Email System

F40 Parts were emailing customers by hand with no reliable record of opt-outs or dead addresses. We replaced that with one system that verifies everything before it sends.
