Signs & Stickers Reporting Portal
A busy WooCommerce store whose data was locked inside it. We built a portal alongside the shop that answers the questions the store could not, and took their consent record back from a third party.
ViewA prestige car dealership needed order paperwork signed and paid without the endless chasing. The portal we built does the chasing itself, and keeps the record.

One link that gets the paperwork signed and the balance paid.
Selling a prestige car is a pleasure right up until the paperwork. Then there are terms to be agreed, a signature to be got hold of and a balance to be settled, and somebody has to keep asking for all three. Chasing a customer who is in the middle of spending a very large sum is an awkward conversation to have twice, and an easy one to put off, which is exactly how an order ends up sitting unsigned for a fortnight without anyone quite noticing.
Premier Sports Solutions asked us to take that job off the team. The portal we built turns the whole thing into one email. It goes out branded, carries the terms and conditions and a unique payment link, and lands the customer on a secure page of their own where they can read it properly and accept. It takes under a minute, which matters more than it sounds: every extra step between a willing buyer and a signature is somewhere the process can stall.
Underneath the simplicity is the part that makes it worth having. Every acceptance is captured as it happens, recording who signed, at what time and on which device, automatically and without anyone remembering to save a copy. That turns a vague sense that the customer agreed to something into a record the dealership can actually point at, which is the whole reason for doing this properly rather than by email attachment.
The follow-up then runs itself. Anything still outstanding, an unsigned document or an unpaid balance, gets a polite reminder on a set cadence, so the chasing happens consistently instead of depending on who has the headspace that afternoon. The team is pulled in only when it counts: an email and an instant push notification the moment a customer accepts, or when a deal needs a personal call rather than another automated nudge.
What it adds up to is a dealership that does not lose track of an order. Paperwork comes back faster because it is easier to return, payments are chased without anyone lifting a finger, and a live dashboard shows exactly where every deal stands rather than requiring somebody to go and find out.
Underneath it is a custom Laravel application. Secure per-customer links, an audit trail that has to stand up later and scheduled reminders that run on their own are the sort of thing a framework handles properly and a plugin does not, and the code and the data belong to the dealership.
One branded order email carries the terms and a unique payment link, and the customer reviews and accepts on their own secure page in under a minute.
Each acceptance is recorded as it happens, capturing who signed, when they signed and the device they signed on, without anyone having to file anything.
Polite reminders go out on a set cadence for anything still outstanding, and the team gets an email and a push notification the moment a customer accepts.
Custom softwareA custom email platform that checks every address before it sends.
