A family-run agency, the registered provider is Lynda Clarke, and the Registered Manager is Katherine Hibbert. Priority Home Care offers support and encouragement to its service user. By caring for day-to-day domestic needs, Priority Home Care ultimately helps promote independence.
Want to get out and about where you live? Becoming a carer is the ideal opportunity to become more active in your local community. More often than not, the elderly are treated like another species – but Priority Home Care wanted to combat this stigma. They needed to encourage people to sign up and become a carer. To achieve this, they needed to appeal to a younger audience.
That’s when they approached us.
Solution
At Expect Best, we build brands online. Our team designed and built them a brand new website – one that succinctly showcased the service Priority Home Care offers to the elderly. We also filmed an interview with two of their carers as they visited a consenting client. This was overlaid with additional footage and a bespoke logo. The ident opened a promotional video (available to watch below) which – alongside their new website – helps override the misperceptions about older people.
